Due to a growing client list, a Chorley based Software House are currently looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their team. Supporting a range of clients across the UK, support a range of Applications, Hardware and Infrastructure.
The Role;
- The main responsibility of this role is to provide telephone assistance to customers / clients who are seeking a solution to any technological issue they may have, escalating the problem when necessary.
- You will log all incoming and outgoing communication within the CRM system.
- You will be put on a clear progression path and show a drive to progress from entry level through the levels within the team.
Your Profile;
- You will be currently working in a 1st line support or trainee position within the IT sector or alternatively; be actively in an IT apprenticeship scheme looking for a first move.
- You will have proven customer service skills and have a keen eye for detail.
- An interest in wanting to gain qualifications and learn and develop you own personal tech experience.
