Due to an increase in growth and an influx of contracts I am now seeking experienced 2nd Line Engineers who have experience providing a high level of technical support to customers.
An extensive level of training will be provided to further strengthen your technical skills with a budget towards certifications.
Your Role:
- Ensure that issues are being resolved while adhering to SLA’s.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients while providing a good level of customer service.
- Act as a point of escalation for 1st line engineers.
- Support and mentor 1st Line engineers to help with their growth.
- Work closely with the monitoring and security teams to ensure issues are dealt with proactively.
- Get involved with project implementations working closely with senior engineers when required.
Desirable Technical Skills
- Active Directory, Group Policies
- DHCP/DNS/TCPIP
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 – Office365
- SCCM
- Citrix
- VMware/Hyper-V
- Veeam, BackupExec
- Networking – Cisco, SonicWall, WatchGuard etc.
