Are you looking to take the next steps forward in becoming a 3rd Line / Project Engineer? 

Due to an increase in growth and an influx of contracts I am now seeking experienced 2nd Line Engineers who have experience providing a high level of technical support to customers. 

An extensive level of training will be provided to further strengthen your technical skills with a budget towards certifications. 

Your Role:

  • Ensure that issues are being resolved while adhering to SLA’s.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients while providing a good level of customer service. 
  • Act as a point of escalation for 1st line engineers.
  • Support and mentor 1st Line engineers to help with their growth. 
  • Work closely with the monitoring and security teams to ensure issues are dealt with proactively. 
  • Get involved with project implementations working closely with senior engineers when required. 

Desirable Technical Skills 

  • Active Directory, Group Policies
  • DHCP/DNS/TCPIP 
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 – Office365
  • SCCM 
  • Citrix
  • VMware/Hyper-V
  • Veeam, BackupExec 
  • Networking – Cisco, SonicWall, WatchGuard etc.
