Are you a data engineer looking to increase your knowledge and further your career in GCP?

This opportunity is probably the most hands-on experience you can get with GCP (Despite working for google J) that you can get. The role is with a London based data firm/ consultancy firm, a key player in the disruptive cloud tech movement (focusing predominantly on GCP).

As a data engineer you will be taking part on the architectural component on consultancy projects, building data pipelines wrestling data to streamline and simplify, to the be proceed by their machine learning models.

Your Role

• Using your skills in programming with OO languages (Java and or Python)
• You will be providing state of the art solutions, for there customer base. Which includes one of the top running cloud service providers, a global hardware vender (top 3 in the world) and more.
• Using your experience in an agile environment, to work together with a tight team of data scientist machine learning engineers and data engineers/ analysts.
• You will be building and producing documented applications.

Technology stack  

• Python, Java- Developing REST API’s is a bonus!
• Hadoop tech or data pipelines
• AWS or GCP
• SQL
