Beaumont are currently working with a Wolverhampton based Managed Services Provider, due to expansion their team and are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to come in as a Senior Support Engineer. Growing exponentially, this company are providing onsite and remote support to 50+ businesses across the UK of various sizes.

The role;

• Being a smaller sized MSP, this opportunity will give you exposure to different aspects of a support role, including elements of consultation, project work, implementation/installation as well as BAU support.
• You will be required to attend site visits to support and install in an office environment, this gives you experience in handling 3rd party queries on a face to face basis.
• Being a full process MSP, you will gain experience in a consultative position boosting your skills in client management and problem solving.

Your profile;

• You will be from an MSP background, and have had exposure to 3rd line support.
• You will have in-depth knowledge of Windows servers (2008-2019)
• Active Directory, both install and configuration.
• Experienced working in a Hyper-V environment
• Strong background of Networking, including VLAN’s, switches, Firewalls and VPN’s
• Due to client visit requirements, a valid UK driving license and access to a car is essential.
