Due to a huge amount of growth I’m now in search for experienced Service Desk Engineers who are used to working in a busy environment, preferably supporting external users across an array of issues.
An extensive level of training will be provided to further strengthen your technical skills with a budget towards certifications.
Your Role:
- Provide remote support to customers and take full ownership of issues.
- Escalate more complex issues to the 2nd line team to make sure issues are being resolved.
- Provide remote support to clients and make sure that tickets are completed and SLA’s are being adhered to.
- Make sure that all calls and issues are logged / documented correctly
- Daily monitoring of customers infrastructure

- Active Directory, Group Policies
- DHCP/DNS/TCPIP
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 – Office365
- SCCM
- VMware/Hyper-V
