Technical Lead – NodeJS Central London

Your Role:

• As NodeJS Tech Lead, you will work closely with the architecture and development teams to develop a variety of complex applications utilising the latest development techniques.
• Working within an Agile team, you will work in 2 week sprints to develop and release new business critical features and functionality for their ecommerce and back office platforms.
• Leading a team of developers providing support, guidance and mentoring to ensure the constant growth and progression of your team.
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to discuss requirements on both a technical and non-technical level.

Your Profile:

• Using your experience of NodeJS and Javascript, you will effectively contribute to the design, development and deployment of complex applications.
• Your knowledge and experience of AWS and CI/CD tools will enable you to successfully deploy high availability, large-scale applications with a focus on resilience and security.
• Your experience working within an Agile environment will allow you to champion key principles such as continuous integration, refactoring, knowledge sharing and Test Driven Development.
• Experience of mentoring and leading developers through code reviews and development exercises will ensure your team are constantly learning and progressing as they continue to grow.
