Who are beaumont?
An idea conceived in 2018 created nothing short of a whirlwind. We are a small, we are agile, we are beaumont. We are delivering into niche, high value technology recruitment markets across the UK providing some of the biggest names in tech through to innovative start-ups with the best talent in the industry. Having already amassed a client list that would make the most established technology recruitment companies envious we are continuing under the premise that every company out there struggles to find talent, somebody has to work with them, so why can’t it be us? From day one every consultant knows what they need to do to be promoted, and have access to progression paths right up to director / shareholder level whether they want to be a lone biller or a team / practice manager. Aspirations are encouraged, nurtured and developed. We think big, so you can too.
Incentives
Achievable 25% commission. Annual tiered team holiday target – this year this will be Dublin, Barcelona or Vegas. Monthly Lunch club. 4pm Friday finish, half day Fridays for those on target. 25 days holiday plus BH, plus your birthday, plus up to 4 duvet days for those over 100% to target (one per quarter).
